Lodge, Loft and Lounge

The Lodge is finished throughout with old growth redwood. Interior of the home is custom finished in wood with large redwood beams, redwood carvings, tongue and groove wood ceilings and walls along with carved window sills. This private craftsman’s “Lodge” is a woodworker’s dream!
The Lodge is 1,760 square feet with three bedrooms – two queen beds and one twin Murphy bed, along with three bathrooms. Master bedroom also boasts a suite and dressing area with French doors leading out to its own private deck.
The Lodge has a fully-equipped kitchen with cookware, small appliances, dinnerware, silverware, glasses and utensils. The house has a large flat screen HDTV, VCR and DVD player. An airbed is available for additional guests’ sleeping space.

The Loft has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably, four maximum.
The Loft is 750 square feet and has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, small appliances, dinnerware, silverware, glasses and utensils. The Loft also boasts a large flat screen HDTV, VCR and DVD player.

The Lounge is a great place to stay, but it’s also a perfect spot for conferences, a corporate meeting space, or rehearsal dinner. For such events, The Lounge can accommodate 24 occupants comfortably.
The Lounge has a large restroom, built-in bar, gift shop, book store, free use of toys for the kids, mobile PA system.
The Lounge has a 65” flat screen HDTV, VCR and DVD player.
The Lounge has an air bed available for additional guests’ sleeping space.

The Lodge, Loft, and Lounge come with a common washer and dryer area, relaxing back yard, gas grill for outdoor cooking. High-speed internet with WiFi for the kids, peace and serenity for the adults. Far enough away from the sounds of town, yet still close enough to be convenient. All this in a three acre gated property.
Extra parking is available for large events – please ask about cost.

Lodge: 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, sleeps 5 comfortably, 7 maximum
Loft: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, sleeps 2 comfortably, 4 maximum
Lounge: Studio, 1 Restroom, sleeps 2 comfortably, 6 maximum

House Rules

We expect you to treat Lodge, Loft and Lounge like you would your own home while you are visiting.

This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

No parking on the street.

Please be respectable of noise levels.

Please no outside music after 10:00 pm.

Please close windows if air conditioning or heater is on.

If you are using one of the air beds please deflate them when finished.

Please NO SMOKING in any of the facilities and be very careful around the grounds as you are surrounded by oaks throughout the property.

Please NO animals.

Please NO unreported guests without approval.

Prior to departure, please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.

PLEASE put all used sheets and towels into laundry room in a pile and be sure all all trash is thrown away in trash cans.

Guests breaking any of our House Rules will lose their entire deposit, risk expulsion and will be responsible for missing items and any and all damage.

Pricing

Average pricing is based on 9 guests: two night minimum stay at $500.00 per night stay.

Up to 8 extra guests maximum at $30.00 per guest per night.

House cleaning fee: $350.00

Damage refundable deposit: $800.00

Important Reminders

Guests are not permitted to have additional people at our home other than registered guests. This includes gatherings, parties, dinners, and sleep-overs without prior approval.

There is a strict noise ordinance in our county. Guests are required to adhere to the NO loud noise or music after 10:00 pm inside or outside the home.

Our home is not child proofed.

Guests agree that if they break any of our House Rules they will lose their entire deposit, risk expulsion and will be responsible for missing items and any and all damage regardless of the booking company rules.
