The Loft

The Loft has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably, four maximum.

The Loft is 750 square feet and has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, small appliances, dinnerware, silverware, glasses and utensils. The Loft also boasts a large flat screen HDTV, VCR and DVD player.

High-speed internet with WiFi, washer and dryer common area, air bed is available for additional guests’ sleeping space.

Peaceful and serene views of nature and wildlife far enough away from the sounds of town, yet still close enough to be convenient.

House Rules

We expect you to treat The Loft like you would your own home while you are visiting.

This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

No parking on the street.

Please be respectable of noise levels.

Please no outside music after 10:00 pm.

Please close windows if air conditioning or heater is on.

If you are using one of the air beds please deflate them when finished.

Please NO SMOKING in any of the facilities and be very careful around the grounds as you are surrounded by oaks throughout the property.

Please NO animals.

Please NO unreported guests without approval.

Prior to departure, please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.

PLEASE put all used sheets and towels into laundry room in a pile and be sure all all trash is thrown away in trash cans.

Guests breaking any of our House Rules will lose their entire deposit, risk expulsion and will be responsible for missing items and any and all damage.

Pricing

Average pricing is based on 2 guests: two night minimum stay at $115.00 per night stay.

Up to 2 extra guests maximum at $30.00 per guest per night.

House cleaning fee: $100.00

Damage refundable deposit: $200.00

This rental is a VRBO and is available now for short term rental (29) days or less with the option to re-rent after the 29 day period depending on preceding VRBO bookings.

Rent is $1,200.00/month.

All utility fees are included, full kitchen, internet service, WiFi, laundry room.

Important Reminders

Guests are not permitted to have additional people at our home other than registered guests. This includes gatherings, parties, dinners, and sleep-overs without prior approval.

There is a strict noise ordinance in our county. Guests are required to adhere to the NO loud noise or music after 10:00 pm inside or outside the home.

Our home is not child proofed.

Guests agree that if they break any of our House Rules they will lose their entire deposit, risk expulsion and will be responsible for missing items and any and all damage regardless of the booking company rules.
