Large restroom, built-in bar, gift shop, book store, free use of toys for the kids, mobile PA system.

65” flat screen HDTV, VCR and DVD player.

High-speed internet with WiFi is also provided.

Air bed is available for additional guests’ sleeping space.

A perfect location for a family retreat: WiFi for the kids, peace and serenity for the adults.

Far enough away from the sounds of town, yet still close enough to be convenient. Located minutes from the freeway for easy access.

The Lounge can also be a perfect spot for conferences, a corporate meeting space, or rehearsal dinner.

The Lounge can hold 24 guests comfortably.

All this in a 3 acre gated property.

House Rules

We expect you to treat Lounge (Day Use) like you would your own home while you are visiting.

This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

No parking on the street.

Please be respectable of noise levels.

Please no outside music after 10:00 pm.

Please close windows if air conditioning or heater is on.

If you are using one of the air beds please deflate them when finished.

Please NO SMOKING in any of the facilities and be very careful around the grounds as you are surrounded by oaks throughout the property.

Please NO animals.

Please NO unreported guests without approval.

Prior to departure, please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.

PLEASE put all used sheets and towels into laundry room in a pile and be sure all all trash is thrown away in trash cans.

Guests breaking any of our House Rules will lose their entire deposit, risk expulsion and will be responsible for missing items and any and all damage.

Pricing

Average pricing is based on 2 guests: two night minimum stay at $115.00 per night stay.

Up to 4 extra guests maximum at $30.00 per guest per night.

House cleaning fee: $100.00

Damage refundable deposit: $200.00

The Lounge is also available for day use at $125.00 per day.

Important Reminders

Guests are not permitted to have additional people at our home other than registered guests. This includes gatherings, parties, dinners, and sleep-overs without prior approval.

There is a strict noise ordinance in our county. Guests are required to adhere to the NO loud noise or music after 10:00 pm inside or outside the home.

Our home is not child proofed.

Guests agree that if they break any of our House Rules they will lose their entire deposit, risk expulsion and will be responsible for missing items and any and all damage regardless of the booking company rules.
